  • I walked in looking for a one bedroom apartment. Arlandus showed me a nice apartment, but I wasn't 100% on it. I put in a 300$ deposit, which according to Arlandus, was to "hold the apartment" so no one else could take it. I was very honest with him, and let him know I was going to be looking at another apartment. He told me my $300 was refundable, in front of everyone in that office that day. Now, fast forward to a month later. I ended up not leasing with Copper Creek and Arlandus refuses to give me my $300 deposit. It was a ridiculous scam he pulled on me. This is an awful business tactic and is considered stealing. I am very dissatisfied with Copper Creek and Arlandus.
