  • I've had my hair cut by Anita and other stylist at Shear Synergy Salon, IMHO, Anita does not seem to know how to cut men's hair, they may cut female hair ok, based on what I hear from my female friends but for men, Anita shaved my back hair so much that, Ouch ! it made me look like a little kid lol. They have consistently under perform even If I showed them the photos (front, side and back). To be fair, I've tried other hair-stylist and she still could not cut to my satisfaction. On top of that Anita has a very unprofessional attitude and racist towards her Asian customer (me). I've asked my friend who is not Asian and does not have thick hair and he have said the same thing to me. Very unsatisfactory cut. Don't forget that they charge you hefty $35 and already included ($3 tips) and of course without telling you and without saying "thank you", not the honest people that I've met when I went to this hair salon and their customer service skill is poor. They need to polish on their customer service skill, before they are allowed to even cut customer's hairs.
