  • I just wanted to add that two times management posted a Notice of Nonpayment of Rent on our door, even though rent was paid. Once contacted, they assured me I could disregard the notices which is nice and all, but I'm sure this isn't something that is only happening to me and it can be very stressful for someone who isn't use to handling legal matters. I also wanted to address the original review, wherein I mentioned going to Henderson Justice Court twice over disputes with Picerne Inc. (their parent corporation). The first time we stipulated on the record (settled the case). The second time we litigated it and they lost (their request for summary eviction was denied).
