  • I'm really unimpressed. I was given a free visit when I adopted my cat, her issue wasn't cleared up so I called right away to get her antibiotics and it was refused. I was told to give her otc allergy meds. So she's still having issue, the same issue. I told them I was only there for this free visit. I called again because she's still sneezing. I brought her back because it's the same issue and now they charge me a vet visit and pump her full of antibiotics. In addition, I didn't have the same vet. Musical vets is obnoxious. If they had been straight forward with me I'd have taken her to my vet as planned, paid a visit which would have lasted all year, but instead I have to go do that again at my vet. Such a waste of money and time since this place is so inconvenient for me to get to. Beware of using the free visit from the rescues that use this place. I'm so sick and tired of vets that upsell and drug up my pets.
