  • Soooo upset! I've been coming to this salon for years to get my brows waxed. Service has been declining but I continue to go. Friday 8/14 was the last visit I will pay to this salon. Two customers being worked on and I was helped within a couple minutes of arriving. Instead of taking me back to the room they usually do, I was told to sit on a chair slouch down, and put my head back. He continued to chit chat with another employee and really wasn't giving me his full attention with a spatula of hot wax over my face. He quickly finished not even tweezing like they normally do. I paid and left. Sitting at a stoplight I ran my fingers through my hair and noticed two globs of wax stuck in my hair!!! I found a third when I got home. I called the salon immediately to which they really didn't care. No apology... Nothing. Never again will I pay this place to ruin my day. Had to slather my hair in oil to get it all out.
