I am in the middle of dealing with them. They were sent out by my home warranty. They came last Friday morning checked out washer and said they needed to replace hydraulics. I was told Id here from them Monday, but I didn't. I called Tuesday and was told part was sent out and would be to them by Thursday. Well just got a call right now and they can finish the job Monday. I asked if they could come out today but that was a no. A few things bug me. 1. I don't enjoy or think its acceptable to keep pushing back dates. 2. On my form he left me it doesn't say what he was ordering or what was wrong. This is a carbon copy and the other copy goes to my insurance. It makes me think they will add more issues so that the insurance company will pay more. I hope they follow through and complete the job. I will update after the job is finished.
