I had an appointment scheduled for a massage today at 3 pm. After driving there, the receptionist (who happened to be the owner) informed me that they accidentally put me down for a facial, and they didn't even have a massage therapist there on Wednesdays. The receptionist who I spoke with on the phone to book the massage was standing right next to her and didn't even apologize or take responsibility for her mistake. The owner was very rude, abrupt and cold, and offered nothing to make it right. I showed her a text message and email confirmation they sent me confirming the massage, and expressed that I drove all the way there for nothing. The owner did nothing to make it right. She asked if I wanted to PAY for a hair cut or facial instead! Why would I want to PAY for a haircut or facial??? I have never experienced such horrible customer service before. I was looking forward to my massage there and planning on signing up for a monthly membership. Very disappointed.
