Your Consistent Training at CrossFit Crew paired with proper Nutrition will yield positive results -Apart from the Daily CrossFit Classes, they currently have Endurance Class, Strength Training, and Open Gym - all included in membership -Affordable and High Quality. CrossFit Crew is the most affordable CrossFit gym in the valley. They also have membership discounts for those in the Military, Police Officers, and Firemen -Community involvement. Aside from fitness, the gym also hosts Competitions, Recovery/Happy Hours, Outdoor Hiking Activities, etc. So, don't be afraid. Forget about the misconceptions you have about CrossFit. Take a risk.
