I've been doing Lagree off and on for the last few months. This workout is pretty tough. You know when you work out and you don't really feel like you did anything? That's not the case here. You'll feel your muscles shaking during the class and probably for the rest of the day after your first class. There are modifications for newbies, but you'll feel stronger after just a few classes. I really love this workout because it's not boring, and I feel really accomplished afterwards. This studio in particular has been one of my favorites for the megaformer workout. They have the friendliest instructors and great music. The machines aren't the most current ones, but it doesn't really affect the workout... just slightly frustrating when changing the springs. I wish they'd turn out the overhead lights during the classes though. I've been to other studios that do that, and it just makes the classes cooler and more enjoyable. Check this place out.
