  • This has been A LONG TIME coming. I'm so frustrated every time, yes, every time I come in there. You are under staffed the ladies working there do not acknowledge you unless it is your turn, the lines are and always are ridiculous, and the wait times are impossible. Ladies you need to step up your game or step aside for employees that understand good business practices. It's now winter visitor season and I feel like I want nothing to do with this place. I should not have to drive out of town to another fabric store when I live two miles away. Do something about this or you will be the next one closing doors in that pathetic strip mall that time has already forgotten. I'm over it. I'll come in again when you've told me that I can come in and get what I need in a reasonable amount of time and be waited on by people who give a damn.
