  • Well, I signed up last week through Classpass for the 9 a.m. class, and I showed up this morning to take it and doors closed and no one answered the phone. I've taken enough classes through Classpass at this point to know the facility is expecting you so not sure why I didn't receive an email or phone call prior to today. Obviously, I will update this if I ever take a class there but so far my experience with this business is what it is.
