| - What a fun little provincial park. Some short trails, nice scenery, peaceful wooded setting, lots of little waterfalls, funky rock formations, and, well, a nice short trail for walking (not quite hiking) and getting some fresh air outside of downtown Calgary.
The amenities here are short, the pit toilets stink (like pit toilets are wont to do) and the gravel parking lot is small, but this park still a sweet little place to stop and stretch the legs. Or to sit and soak in some nature while you read a book, have a picnic or similar. Not that I did any of those things other than to walk around a bit, but still, I can imagine how nice it would be.
Dig it.
