  • I called to have the flushing mechanisms for my 3 toilets replaced on the morning of Apr 27th, made appointment for morning of 28th.. morning of 28th called said they accidentally double booked, rescheduled for 29th. Curtis came on the 29th but did not have the right sized parts. Rescheduled for morning of May 3rd. Called and basically said they had more important things to do and rescheduled for the 4th. They called this morning to reschedule once again. I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. Curtis was cool when I met him and wish we could have continued working together but I can only be put on the backburner so many times before it becomes disrespectful.
