I truly do not rant but this time I feel it's necessary..I am on my fourth pregnancy currently 17 weeks. Not once have I seen my actual doctor gooddell. I have met her through my previous insurance situation and she is a very wonderful doctor but my goodness some staff members need some help.
At this rate I believe I'm more upset over the fact that I'm having to pay $30 to find out the gender of my baby next week. Every time I go in this office always has an ultrasound been done! ( on top of the fact that next week is my next SCHEDULED appt). I have contacted this office to ask why they were charging to know what the gender of our children would be and I received multiple different answers. I even went as far as contacting the corporate office and even they were not able to answer my question logically. I believe it absurd for such a thing.. if they say it's an insurance thing I would advise you to contact your insurance and ask because mine certainly didn't have to do with insurance coverage at a certain week.
Most of my visits have been handled with care, which I appreciate but there are still many inconveniences with whasn. Which I hope they take the time to consider or change..
