  • Never on time for "timed pick-up", the dispatchers ALWAYS have some part of my info WRONG (address, phone number, time pick up.) Even the cab drivers complain about dispatchers. Also, the managers never call you back if you have an issue or "escalation". I've never been offered any accommodations to keep my long time patronage. NEVER using them again! I've spent too much wasted time and money on this company.
