  • Dropped my 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 off at Royal Transmission . "Billy," the owner of royal transmission ensured me that it was an electrical problem. So I trusted him and authorized him to bring it down there to Decatur auto electric. They insisted that it was the PCM , so they replaced it . I was never given the option on keeping the old one ( for all I know it was perfectly fine) so they charged me $795 for the PCM , I did some research online and they range from $400-$650... So they totally screwed me on the prices for the parts. Charged me $70 for shipping on a part no bigger than an iPad. I got my truck back , the transmission is still broken, my gauges don't work now ( which I called George "supposedly the owner" and he said he will look at it but if it's something we didn't do we are going to have to charge you for it , also told me I'd have to wait 3 days before I can bring it in cause he's "busy" ) so now nothing is fixed & I'm out $1,400 . Would not recommend these people to anyone. Really shady!
