Unfortunately, I would give Rob Burbank and his business zero stars if I could. He was very responsive at first prior to the move, but...
1) They showed up with insufficient protection for our personal items. I actually had to go buy more supplies during the move to cover what they didn't come prepared with.
2) Rob dismantled our furniture, but was unavailable to reassemble it. This cost us money trying to figure out how to reassemble the pieces since we were paying by the hour.
3) DAMAGED THE HECK OUT OF OUR FURNITURE! I keep finding more damage every time I look. Everyone should expect a ding here and there during a move, but not almost every piece of furniture having a gouge, significant scratches, or an entire shelf ripped apart.
4) Check out his Better Business Bureau reviews.
My move was April 2016 it's now April 2017 and he hasn't paid or fixed my furniture when he assured me from day one he would. I'm a pretty easy going person. I alerted him the day of the move of the damage. I wasn't going to pay up front, but I'm a trusting person. Fast forward a year and he over promised and under delivered. There were sporadic responses to text and emails. I got quotes for furniture repairs and worked with him, even coming to a settlement, but twice he didn't follow through. Try to find someone who is honest and knows what they are doing. I'm finally sharing this a year later because that's how patient I've been waiting for him to deliver on his promises. But obviously that isn't going to happen. This guy shouldn't move anyone's stuff. Sorry Rob, I gave you plenty of chances?. You should not be in business.
