OVERCHARGED and absolute billing insanity!!!!!!!! I was never told about an installation fee (speaking with 3 different people to initiate service) until the day the tech showed up and required cash payment of the surprise fee. I was then billed for a higher service level than I asked for (and was in reality getting). Settling all this with their "billing people" took hours. They denied that a promotional rate existed even as I stared right at it on their website as I spoke with them. I've been a customer for only 1 week and already lost service for an evening. It magically re-appeared after I'd scheduled an appointment for a tech the next morning.
