  • Worse petsmart I have ever been to , the staff is extremely rude and the grooming salon don't know what they are doing and are rude ! I have been taking my dog to petsmart in Mooresville for his haircut and page always does it and she is wonderful friendly and very kind to my dog ! I decided to take jax to this location because it was closer to my house and he really needed a haircut The first time I took him he came out with a rash and the vet thinks they left shampoo in his hair so I promise I would never take him there again but I made the mistake of taking him one more time to give them another try but not only did they gave me an appt time and when I got there they didn't even have it on the system but also my dogs ears were not even clean or shaved ! They said is because his ears were red but he just went to the vet and nothing is wrong with his ears ! The woman who cut his hair didn't do a good job with his haircut and was very rude explaining the reason why she didn't cut his ears ,she is also not very nice to the dogs please do not take your little puppy here you will regret it
