rev:text	The only reason I give this useless piece of a so called air conditioning repair company one star because I can't give them 0 stars which is what they deserve. The manager of this bootleg company is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has no idea what good customer service is. Instead of him trying to understand that the home needing ac repair has 3 children in it all under the age of 10 his answer is that is not my problem. He waits until the tech leaves to call just to say he has no more appts for the rest of the day instead of calling before leaving to clarify a simple misunderstanding. So now my family has to sit in a house in 90 degree plus temperature because of this simple simon jerk!!!! If you want to deal with an imp who has no type of consideration for children or the ability to rectify a simple scheduling error this please by all means use this company. Now I clearly see why there was a 1 star rating before my review!!!! Its for a reason, so stay away!!!!!
