  • I've been here too many times to count, so this review is long overdue. During the weekdays, it's relaxing and a great place to be to just chill and hang out with your friends. On the weekends it's a completely different environment. Every table is packed and there's a line out the door by 11. People don't wait in line for just anything. (Just a reminder, don't be THAT customer waiting in line and complaining about the wait time, as I'm sure you wouldn't want to be rushed if you were in there having a great time.) As for their shisha flavors, they have such a variety to choose from as well as lots of different brands including Al Fakher, Haze, Fumari and more! The customer service here is always great! The employees are very knowledgable and know what flavors go well with each other. What I'm trying to say is Cloud 9 is the hookah lounge to be at, weekdays & weekends! I definitely recommend you check this place out.
