This is a review of Pam's Yoga Class held at GoodLife Fitness, Cowell Avenue location.
I attended Pam's class on November 11, 2015 at noon.
It was thigh day and Pam managed to challenge my thighs. The class was packed on this bank holiday. Pam provides clear instruction to the class.
This hour-long class incorporated mild vinyasa, forward folds, spinal twists and a restorative component. While in Dwi Pada Pitham Pam mentioned this was like an inversion. I disagree as the feet were on the ground and at no time were above the head.
