If I could give zero stars I would. My first appointment went fine and everything was professional but things went downhill after that. I paid for a fill in while I was still in the store so that I wouldn't have to worry about it at my next appointment. WRONG DECISION. My fill in appointment got canceled the night before via text message. Then when I tried to call to reschedule the following week, they were all booked! I finally had an appointment scheduled for this past Saturday and they were closed ! I waited for 15 minutes before I decided to leave. I have been trying to contact this place for 3 days now with no response. I'm not getting a response to calls, text or voice mails. I've been very respectful and only want a refund so that I can take my business elsewhere. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
Finally spoke to someone who works there.... they dont do refunds. They claim they called me and left multiple messages to reschedule. I only recieved one that said "We're wondering if you wanted to come in this Saturday instead." Does that sound like we need to reschedule you because the shop will be closed. I didn't want to go in that Saturday so I didn't call back.... figured they could give the appointment to someone else.
Now I'm out of money because of poor communication on their end. . . Won't be going back
