I pre-booked the hotel on the internet in advance. I tried to check in two hrs. early and Hayden (I believe) informed me he could not block a room for me I had to show up in person then proceeded with a long condescending explanation as to why. I went there and was given a bottom floor, when I had requested a higher floor. Hayden stated "you are checking in an hour and a half early"! I asked him to check for an upper floor. He seemed very irritated...but said "Oh you're in luck, one left"! People that work in customer service need a personality and to treat customers with courtesy, this guy never smiles never says good morning, etc. What a jerk, the rest of the staff was very nice during our four night stay! Hotel was clean.
