  • ***DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!*** DISHONEST AND LYING COMPLEX!! Look elsewhere!!!!! These apartments are nothing but trouble. I signed a lease for 12 months and was told my apartment would be ready on the 15th. A week later I get a call from a lady in the office telling me that the apartment won't be ready on time but I could go in and choose another one. My husband and I ended up going to choose another apartment and were told we would still be able to move in on the 15th. The 15th of August finally rolled around and when I came to pick up my keys I was given a million excuses on why I couldn't move in. After providing ALL the info they needed, that same day, they finally told me that I wouldn't be able to move in because the current renter was still living there facing eviction! They didn't even offer to put me into another apartment!!!! The worst part was that I had already connected my APS service so that person was using our electricity! We ended up canceling everything and YOU THINK would of returned the money we had put down (application and holding fee) BUT THEY DIDNT! I don't think it's fair that they still wanted to charge us when they didn't even keep their part of the deal!!!! I'm glad we got to find out how these people really work before making the mistake of moving there!
