I am re-writing a review of Dr. Zack Yasin since the "Yelp Community" (ie., Long Animal Hospital) complained about my review saying it lacked "details". Since Yelp was so kind as to invite me to write again and elaborate on this issues, here is what happened. My husband and I had moved to another area of Charlotte and were looking for a new vet group. We were assigned to Dr. Zack Yasin, who I at first thought was a charming and caring young vet. I showed nothing but respect to him (as did my husband), but I do my share of research so I had some significant questions and was eager to hear his responses. This was visit #2, and Dr. Yasin chose to either ignore my questions (no, I'm not a quiet little wallflower - he heard me, and they were legitimate questions from a pet owner that deserved a respectful answer). It seemed to annoy him (my husband saw that as well) that I would know enough to even ask them, and he made a point of either ignoring my questions altogether or "half-answering" them while directing the answers to my husband - not me (he could have at least shown the courtesy of glancing at both of us). This was blatant disrespect. I can not speak for the other vets at Long Animal Hospital, no doubt many of them are wonderful. I'm just trying to help other pet owners with this review.
