I arrived trying to add an additional phone to my plan and was first greeted by the manager. He immediately made a joke which I did not hear, I said "pardon me", he laughed and said nothing. Immediately put me on the wrong foot.
I was helped with another employee who was great. We got the phone added to my plan which was fine. I asked for an all in price on my plan with the new phone but he forgot. The manager was assisting with the phone set up after so he could help another customer. I then asked him to recap on the all in price. He then just started listing off the new prices that we just added five minutes ago with the other employee which I was 100% aware of, rather than giving me the total monthly price of both phones as I requested. My girlfriend tried point out a couple things, he then snubbed her off saying don't listen to her and laughed condescendingly.
I asked once more for the ALL IN PRICE, not listening to a single word I said, he then continued to point out various little 10 dollar prices and 2 dollar savings while speaking to me in the most condescending tone about 12 inches from my face.
When I spend $300+ and add an additional phone to my account I expect decent customer service and not to be treated like a piece of trash as soon as the transaction is complete.
Overall terrible service. I recommend taking the extra 15 minutes it may take to go to any other location than this one.
