  • Very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Kept telling me something would happen to my vehicle if I didnt upgrade to synthetic oil. Kept telling him no, not even a sales technique to try and upgrade me just kept getting mad with an attitude because I didn't upgrade. Groupon voucher is a waste don't bother, I'd rather just go to Wal mart and get it done for cheaper and more items checked.
