Our experience with this company has been less than satisfying. We are currently renting the house we are currently in so of course we have no choice but to use their services. I'm thinking since we are coming from a rental service they're in no hurry to provide excellent customer service. Our 1st call into them took a couple days before we could get service. They have a 4 or 5 hour waiting window depending on who you talk to on the phone. They came and diagnosed the washer as a bad transmission and diagnosed the dryer as a bad control. It took them over two weeks to get the appliances repaired after numerous excuses - i.e. Scheduling errors and running late. They forgot the dryer part after being reminded by myself, spouse and property manager so we had to endure another trip and wait time. After they repaired both appliances we were still having issues so we had to put in another work request through our property manager and have them back out.
I will say that the service technician that came out to do the second diagnostics was definitely on his game. He knew what he was doing and he had great customer service skills. Turns out the dryer control wasn't bad it was the dryer sensor so he got that order for us. The transmission was put in but the belt wasn't tightened properly so that's why it wasn't working. He also cleaned the washer drum because it had build up inside of it. If I could refer just this guy I totally would.
We are going on three weeks now and the dryer has still not been fixed. We been rescheduled twice because of their scheduling issues and technicians running over there timeframe. They will not give you a dedicated time frame or first appointment no matter how long you're willing to wait.
