  • Traveling alone to Vegas for a convention, I dropped in to Yellowtail for an early dinner. A good place to share ordered items with your party, my waiter, Roberto, helped me craft a meal for one. The well sake was so smooth. I started with a plate of yellowtail in a ponzu, the tuna pizza, which was surprisingly good, but would make a better shared item. The toro scallion roll was underwhelming. I finished with the braised short rib entree which I would definitely order again. The service was perfect and the decor was quite nice. Pricy meal but worth it.
