  • New experience on a resolution i have been attempting to resolve. I put $10k down on a car here with multiple issues (over a year) so i ended up having to trade it in and get an infinity. Tried everything i could to resolve the issue and get my money back and they had to sick their cooperate lawyer on me. I have filed complaints with the BBB, CFPB and the State Attorney General. Now i have to file a civil complaint. Such a nightmare. If anyone has had the same customer service as i have, please help.
