  • I will start by saying the products and cards and all of the cute stuff here is great. It is such a cute place and you can find so many fun gifts. I am, however, surprised at all the positive reviews, but maybe it's because I work as a manager in customer service. I have been here many times and never been greeted and barely acknowledged when checking out. You even have to wait to get the employees attention when checking out as they finish their conversations amongst themselves. Like most people, I don't like when employees are overbearing, but the vibe here is very unwelcoming and staffed with clueless people who think they are way too cool. I now avoid it.
