  • the most unreliable company I've ever dealt with, period! Submitted a service request Thursday 5/24, today is Saturday 6/1. That's 10 days and I continue to get nothing but excuses why they never show up day after day. My pool pump has not worked this whole time, summer is here and pool is turning green. Still no sense of urgency or even concern. They need to shut their doors, zero customer concern, zero business sense.
