I have been coming here for seven years. I love the product. I love the owner. The employees however are dense and have terrible customer service. Either there is too much service or none at all. Most times the employees cannot answer questions. They are only there to push buttons on the register and pack the bag. I have watched them come and go, but these past couple of years have been their worst hires ever. Again, I love the place I love the product, but they can do better on who they hire. Today, I checked out without even being spoken to. Heard many questions being asked, but no known answers. The cashier had to call outside the store for a price on her cellular phone at the counter. When my turn came ten minutes later, the cashier and her helper guy paid attention to everyone else, but the one standing in front of them. It was not terribly busy. She just had her priorities out of order and I hate to write a non five star review, but the service is going backwards. I guess I will have to check out their other store.
