My experience with Toronto School Of Upholstery has been horrible. I still don't have my sectional sofa back, after six weeks. Communication throughout the whole process has been unsatisfactory. After calling and leaving messages, I finally learned that my material was not in stock. Then, his delivery person seems to have offloaded the job to another person (unkown to my representative!), and this new driver has called me twice at 7 am to tell me he cannot make it because he is busy with other deliveries. Finally, because I had moved (which I told my representative I was doing), the sofa got dropped after (after begging) at my old address. My representative was anything but sympathetic, blaming me for the oversight. After waiting double the length of time for my sofa, I would expect a little more help than nothing whatsoever. Also, take the initial quote with a grain of salt. You too may find out that your sofa is "special" and is going to cost more. Wish me luck getting my sofa this week from "Jesus", a dude who has hung up on me twice so far.
