Sorry that I have to report this and change my review. After I completed the program I decided not to join, mainly due to the fact the $500 would be refunded over the course of 10 months. Which was not what I was expecting at all and felt that this should have been discussed with me when I signed on to the program. At any rate no hard feelings, thanks for the experience now I'll take my refund and be on my way. Flash forward almost 7 weeks and still no refund. Multi calls and a bunch of excuses from Brandi and still no refund. I asked her to have the manger Manny call - still not a call and no refund. So what am I left with? Dispute the charge on my CC, so now I get a call from a collection company saying I own $560! $500 that I disputed plus two separate $30 fee for returned payment and some where in there is a $10 late fee I guess just because I pissed them off.
Anyway the manger Manny and the owner Chris is not accessible to the members (or non-member in my case) so now I have to air my dirty laundry in public to try and get their attention to find a resolve to this situation. Next course of action is Darcy Spears on channel 13!! I know I'm not the only one who has had this experience.
UPDATE TO MY UPDATE......
After posting this review I received a call from Manny and Chris the owner. Within about two hours I have discussed my issue with Chris and he has completely resolve the refund and "collection" issue and he has gone above that to make it right. As well he had already corrected the issues within the gym that caused this situation in the first place.
I could take down the above negative review but, as a business owner myself I know there are times when something happens that create a bad customer experience. The test of a good owner is how they handle the situation to make it right. And Chris has done that in my eyes he has made it right and has me coming back to the gym. So if your thinking about trying out this gym I would recommend it!
