Usually I find residence inn rooms to be comfy but dirty.
This one seems to be comfy, clean and quite special. The hotel is in some sort of a historic building. On the top floor, I can see part of the upper deck in the baseball field. A selection of nice restaurants are within 2 minute walk. You will never have to put up with the typical sad food provided in the "dining hall".
It's also about 2 blocks away from the highway, so I could commute out of the city pretty easily.
I did have to put up with used pillow cases and sheets for 2 days. That's pretty average for the hotels. It's sad that this has come to be accepted as the standard.
What happened to those days when I check into hotels with clean sheets and pillow cases? Oh wait, those days never existed.
