  • I am updating my review because I actually received excellent customer service during my last visit. I dreaded using MF because of previous visits but they are the closest ffl. I ordered a firearm from the factory and had it shipped to MF. I believe his name was Eric. He was very friendly and helpful. He made the transfer very easy. This could be a pretty rad little shop if the rest of the MF staff would learn from Eric. I understand that dealing with firearms and the public is stressful, but not all of us are ignorant to firearms safety.
