Was referred to this restaurant by our hotel - Bonaparte Auberge - and was so pleased with the results. Upon arrival Holder showcases its blend of traditional service with a fun, trendy vibe. Food was great! I had the cold Foie Gras with pears and it was smooth and rich. Dinner was beef bourgignon - and i highly recommend this dish - very tender beef and the sauce was the best i have had. My friend had steak frites which she enjoyed but even more so loved the creme brule she had for dessert. Very much worth the visit - and probably some of the best service we saw in the city.
