  • Okay Ferrara's, you have to step aside. Alesci's is now my favorite Italian Sub in Cleveland. The bread is the biggest differentiator in this game. Do yourself a favor and hit up Alesci's for a great Italian Deli experience. They have an extensive selection of sandwiches, hot food, a bakery that rocks it, and a decent wine selection.
