  • Johnathon and his team are absolutely delightful to work with. I smelled gas in my kitchen cabinets, and was very concerned since have a gas stove. I called the City of Mesa, Gas Company division, I guess that is the right term. they came out and had to shut our gas off until the problem was detected. Kerns Plumbing was the recommended plumber, so we called them. The owner, Johnathon, offered to come out that very day, after his last scheduled appointment, which was after normal work hours. I told him we'd wait until the morning so he could go home after a long work day. He came over the next morning and was extremely helpful, and efficient at finding the root of our gas problem. He was very professional, and it didn't take long for us to determine that he knows what he's doing. He doesn't waste a lot of time talking about what he knows, he Just does his work, and you are confident, right away, that he knows his stuff. My husband and I are both very impressed with his work, and we also liked and appreciated his obvious work ethic and knowledge of his craft. We highly recommend Kerns Plumbing.
