I'd rate my tech (V) higher, but the business doesn't deserve it. I have been coming here for a couple years because it is cheap, close and I can always get an appointment. Oh, yea, here's where the business falls short. More often than not, I will call ahead to make an appt my tech knows nothing about and then end up waiting 10 minutes to a half hour (that time I left annoyed). Never an apology either. Owner could use some tips on customer service.
I can look past the "sign in" (he thinks that's a greeting), opening up 10 minutes late while customers and staff wait outside, and never so much as a thank you for coming in ONLY because I am so picky about my nails. It's like dentists... you just don't want to try new ones. You stick with one that doesn't hurt you and does a good job.
No prices are posted and there is a sign that says they want tips in cash, but I always put the tip on my card. Why should I help the owner out when he can't treat customers right??
