  • Worst customer service ever. Came into the bank, filled out the slip while others just walked to the teller and the teller gives them the slip to fill out while holding up the line. I told the teller, don't we suppose to fill out the slip first the approach the teller? She played stupid and said "excuse me"....well maybe she wasn't playing stupid, she was just being herself...Bank of America beginning to look good.
