| - I've been to a few microbreweries and have found many of them to be lacking in cleanliness, service or quality. This place satisfies on all three fronts and leaves you feeling glad that you came here.
I brought my pups because I read a review saying they were dog friendly. Sure enough, while waiting outside for my wife to meet me, a bartender came out and made sure I knew my dogs were welcome inside. She poured a cold bowl of water for them and an IPA for me. More on that in a second.
While the place doesn't serve food and maybe can accommodate 50 people at a time, they had a food truck outside to feed the crowd, a live band setting up in the corner and board games available on all of the tables. It was too hot outside for an open-air experience, but they have garage-style roll-up doors for days when the weather allows it.
The beer was good overall. Between the two of us, we had an IPA, a Belgian, the Paw Paw Pale Ale and the Swing State Pale Ale (?). All four were good. My favorite was the IPA. Each beer was exactly $5 while we were there.
Great service, very good atmosphere, dog-friendly, good beer. I was very happy and look forward to returning.
