  • This is the location inside the Chandler Mall. The receptionists are the worst. I walked directly up to the reception desk, not 3 feet away from the receptionist sitting there, but she didn't see me because she had her head down playing on her phone. I stood there for a good 3 minutes without her seeing me right in front of her. I finally just turned around and walked out of the salon and went to another. She never did notice me standing right in front of her at the desk. I don't know her name but was was very young with long light brown hair. Yes I could have asked her to stop playing with her phone and do her job but it's not my job to try to teach other people customer service skills. I can't be bothered. There are too many other salons out there for me to go to. I hope the stylists are aware that the front desk people are chasing away their business.
