  • ***DISCLAIMER: THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THEIR iPHONE APPLICATION*** When my boyfriend first told me about this application - which allows you to order a taxi for a specific time - I thought it was pretty cool. How convenient! We went downstairs to wait for the cab a couple of minutes early, and it allows you to see that the cab is en route. (Also allows you to cancel, which in our case we did) We ordered it for 7:10pm as we had reservations for 7:30pm. We waited...and waited...we even got a phone call at 7:15pm, and while I wasn't a party to the conversation, I heard my boyfriend tell the taxi driver that we were waiting downstairs. By 7:25pm I said screw it, as we had seen taxi after taxi going by on a nearby street. It would mean we'd have to walk in the rain a bit, but at least we'd get a taxi! I would never use this app again. If I had a more important appointment or flight to catch or something, I would be a lot more angry that my cab isn't on time. Doesn't really seem like there's a point to an iPhone app that doesn't do what it's supposed to.
