  • This is absolutely some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I called at 10 AM to get my repair done on my phone. I called back at 4 and told them I was on my way. The gentleman I talked to said he didn't have the part with him he would have to go to Mesa to get it. He stated he would be back at the business to meet at 5 o'clock to repair my phone. I showed up to the business at 5 o'clock and he text me said he was stuck in traffic and it would be another 15 minutes. 515 came around he still wasn't there called and said he could not do it that night and would have to come to my house to fix my phone or I would leave it with the guys in the shop. Neither of which is an optimal or safe option. I opted to go to the Mesa location where he said he was currently making a refurbished screen for my phone. Again another really weird sketchy situation about this business. He sent me to Mesa to a home address. I went to the home to have my phone repaired. It literally was at home. They're running their business out of a home. So by this time not only did I drive 20 minutes to Tempe. Now I have driven another 20-30 minutes to Mesa in traffic. It is now two days later and the screen protector is broke. I haven't dropped my phone. Haven't done anything with my phone. I've been at work and it's been in my bag since I got it fixed. I called the shop to ask if they can replace it since I had had it for two days. They said no there's no way they were going to warrantee it and I was SOL. The man I talked to actually said "there's no way the owners are going to warrantee your screen." This is by far the worst company I've ever done business with. I will never do business with this company again
