  • Although the people who work for this company are very nice, I have to give them a 2 star rating and I would not recommend them to anyone I know. On Monday, Tony came to my house to check out my kitchen light that had gone out. I stated that I had already tried to switch out the light bulbs and it still wasn't working. Tony told me that they would have to switch out the whole thing with a new one and that he would give me a call or text to let me know when the guys were coming which would either be 9am on Tuesday or 9am on Wednesday. On Tuesday at about 2:30pm I finally texted Tony to ask what was going on since I had yet to hear anything. He said they would come on either Wednesday or Thursday. On Wednesday he calls around 5pm to tell me the guys would be at my house to replace the light around 11am-12pm on Thursday. Well at 12:30pm on Thursday I text Tony to say no one has been here, he replies with "they are on their way". The guys finally showed up around 2pm, were in my house for about 5 minutes then stated they had to leave because they had to replace the whole light. Umm ya Tony told me that on Monday so why aren't the guys prepared on Thursday. It is now 2:37pm, I had to call my boyfriend to come to the house because I have to go to work and cannot wait around all day for these people. Tony was very nice when I met him but overall I would say the company is disorganized, lacks communication skills, and is just overall unprofessional. I guess we will see if my kitchen light ever gets fixed. I have been cooking in the dark all week, whats a few more hours or days; i guess.
