When was the last time I was wowed by a restaurant? I don't remember.
Well, Mimosa Grill wowed me tonight.
This is my third time to eat here and the first time to review. I can't help writing a review this time.
I sat at a booth table in the bar area because I was interested in their "Bar Bites" menu.
I started with Ridge Wine Three Valleys Zinfandel. So nice! Then I had Chopped Salad. Really good! When I was about to finish my first glass of California Ridge Zin, I ordered the Angus Burger without knowing that they grind meat in house and the meat consists of chuck, brisket and short rib. OMG, how wonderful!
My Angus burger came with coleslaw and fries. Coleslaw was so good without being too sweet or salty or saucy. Fries were so crispy and light.
And the burger, the buns were nice and soft, the beef patty was cooked accurately medium as I requested and juicy and flavorful. Because it's Chuck, brisket and short rib! That's why! What a combination!
This was the best burger I've ever had in a very long time.
