Came to this branch to speak to a banker regarding an urgent legal matter regarding my account, was told that I have to make an appointment in order to do so. Apparently it also applies to new "possible" banking customers as well. What a great way to do business! Another customer that was waiting to speak to a banker, asked one of the male employees (don't have his name) if there was notification that went out to their current customers regarding making branch appointments (non-teller transactions), his statement was "no, nothing went out". How helpful and unprofessional is that? This is very inconsiderate to their customers and only thinking about themselves. After all, why should they care about the customer when it's "the customer" that keeps them employed?
